I am a photography, who discovered a love for photography quite accidentally whilst travelling around the world for 7 months with just a small compact camera. I believe it was the act of letting go and suspending all the usual daily noise we all live with that keeps us blind to the real world around us, but my eyes seemed to open to the beauty of our planet and it wasn’t until I got home and really looked at the photos that I realised that I had captured it. I then wanted to give something back so I went off travelling again a few years later to Sri Lanka and in 2008 I set up bags of colour, which is a ethical business with women living in poverty making eco bags, inspired by the stunning colours of Sri Lanka. My life has never been the same since, and I am blessed for what I have experienced.
